TVersity Goes Pro : On April 20th, Tversity streaming software came out with a new professional version that now lets you access Hulu, YouTube and more. Before this new issue, PlayOn was the only software that would let you access Hulu, Netflix & Amazon on Demand. Now, while the Netflix access is still being worked on (we assume), you are now able to access your Hulu & Amazon "Queue".

MyFace..Twitterbook...What?
If you are a musician, we're sure you have heard of social networking sites like MySpace, Facebook, Twitter etc.. and if you don't have a huge following are probably thinking.."my songs are good and I have a MySpace page, why am I not famous now?". What musicians and artists alike need to start understanding is that indie means "independent" which means that you have to do it all on your own. You can't just put your music up on one site and expect the world to know who you are. There are hundreds of social network sites out there now and you have to be on "ALL" of them and work each one of them everyday to build up a strong following. Yes, it is a job, but most likely, your dream job so get to work. |
